Confidence
2 reasons to not be confident....
the first among them is i am going for a project...first time and no experienced person arnd to help me out
next having worked for almost 3yrs i still havent done any decent savings...
2 reasons for me to be confident...
i am still learning...(havent got that thing most people get into once they get to a job...i still feel like a student...or a college kid)
Tom Peters blogsite makes me confident (with statistics comparing India, China to US...he actually gives me more confident than awakening the West to a more competitive world...he makes me feel like GOD...because i am an Indian and the West is scared of me ;))

where are you going? no one will say - oh this guy was new so he dum-dum ... u have to do a proper job regardless of ur exp.

freeze - for more info on the East effect chk tompeters...and college life was the best...no tensions no pressure and most importantly no politics...if u dont want to get involved u can always remain uninvolved...but in job...u have to take sides else survival becomes tuff (atleast in sales)
be confident...i have seen ppl at their best when they do not know anything abt the work they are gng to undertake...
Saving...hmm...i recommend "Rich Dad Poor Dad" if u have not read it yet...just a tip frm it Pay urself first every month..i mean it does not matter that u do a big saving or small saving..i keep aside 1000/- as "Savings" in a month when i am in no mood to save money just a habit i have been following for last 1 year...
Politics is college.. yea u can be ignorant abt it but today i feel that i sgud have atleast know the nitty gritty of it as the Office politics is real bad

satya - the experience speaks :)but since this being my first project...and its an implementation project not support...hence a little uncomfortable
